All Shore Rentals vehicles should be returned to our Auckland North Shore branch at the agreed time shown on your rental agreement.

Returning Your Rental Car During Business Hours

If you are returning your vehicle during office hours:

  • Park the vehicle in the underground carpark area.
  • Ensure all personal belongings have been removed.
  • Return the keys to our team.
  • A vehicle condition check will be completed.

Our staff will be happy to answer any questions and finalise your rental agreement.

After-Hours Car Rental Return

Need to return your rental car outside business hours? No problem.

Shore Rentals offers a convenient after-hours vehicle return service for customers arriving outside normal operating hours.

To return your rental vehicle after hours:

  1. Park the vehicle in the designated Shore Rentals parking area.
  2. Ensure the vehicle is locked and all windows are closed.
  3. Remove all personal belongings.
  4. Leave the keys with the Mobil Station attendant as instructed by our team.

Please note that the renter remains responsible for the vehicle until it has been inspected by Shore Rentals on the next business day.
