After-Hours Returns
If you are returning your rental car when our office is closed, please follow the steps below:
- Park the vehicle upstairs in front of the Mobil Station (same location as our usual returns area).
- Take the keys inside to the Mobil attendant and hand them over – they will securely hold the keys for us.
- Our Shore Rentals team will collect the keys and inspect the vehicle on the next business day.
- Once the inspection is complete, your bond will be released. Any incidentals such as fuel top-ups, toll road charges, or other applicable costs will be deducted before the bond is returned.
If you need help or have questions about an after-hours return, please contact us prior to your drop-off so we can make the process as smooth as possible.
